Once you confirm the order and make the payment, you cannot cancel your order.
Order has not been shipped yet:
If your order has not been shipped, you can only amend your address and contact information. It cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Order was damaged when delivered:
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or refund your order under such circumstances. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it with photos.
Incorrect items delivered:
We can assure you that we take care of the fulfilment process that the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered; we will have the incorrect items picked up from you and try to deliver the right product(s) to you at the earliest.
