These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the seller, hereafter referred as J Hair Care, to the buyer hereafter referred as customer.

7. PRICE:
Prices for our goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed. The website contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your confirmation. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided while submitting your order, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email.
8. PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your good or provision of the service to you. You confirm that the credit, debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
J Hair Care is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable, J Hair Care may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.
You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders in case you added more than one discount code to the basket.
9. ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us, and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. The conclusion of the contract between you and us will take place when we (i) receive payment from your credit, debit card; and (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later. We will take all reasonable care to secure the details of your order and payment. But in case of any electronical bugs or the use of unsafe or public device, we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the website. We accept no liability if you provide an incorrect delivery address or when you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
J Hair Care is a retail service for consumers and reserves the right to refuse any orders that it reasonably believes are for the purposes of resale.
10. CANCELLATION:
Order cannot be cancelled or refunded, once payment is done or delivery is already scheduled!
11. WARRANTY:
There is no warranty certificate for J Hair Care's products. In case of any damage, there is a possibility to replace the damaged item as per our policies.
